I’m of the firm opinion that there’s a country song out there for everyone, because the genre is so wide and varied. Genre barriers aren’t real, we know that, right? Lines between genres of music are there for marketing purposes, for helping audiences find their next favorite album, or for trying to sell one artist to the fandom of another. The trouble is, the music humans create doesn’t always fall cleanly on one side or the other of a genre barrier.
